1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Saylyt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Saylyt to:

• Post or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates any third-party rights.
• Spam, defraud, or mislead other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers (hosted on Render, Supabase, and Cloudflare).

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by uploading content (images, posts, text) to Saylyt, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the application.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of Saylyt.
